We are on the hunt for a VIP Service Executive from Hospitality/ Leisure/ Hotel/Luxury Retail for a leading British gaming clubs.


Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring that casino guests enjoy a favorable gaming and leisure experience, authorizing compartmentalize in accordance with guidelines and acting on behalf of premium, casino guests to secure reservations, tickets, transportation and other items casino guests may require. Successful candidates will then undertake a 6 month induction training programme


Daily Duties
Establish and Maintain rapport with all levels of VIPs (especially Mandarin-speaking customers), Management, Guests and Team Members
Bespoke VIP activities and events
Communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form

Work requires effective communication in English & Mandarin, both verbal and written form in a professional manner
Visa for at least 2 years, Permanent visa would be ideal
Well organized and detail oriented

3 每天的daily task為360°服務,從接機到送機,護照檢查登記,解讀賭場規則,安排客戶吃好喝好玩好等確保一切客戶體驗的工作,工作內容較為細瑣,工作性質有點類似於導遊,具體細節請看job description。若是不清楚的朋友歡迎聯繫我喲。

4 這份工作時間彈性非常大,因為賭場是24小時營業的,所以要求有吃苦精神,一周工作45小時,常常會出現這一周連著上7天,下一周連著休息好幾天的shift。所以大家申請前請與我詳聊問清楚喲,能夠適應這樣工作強度的朋友再申請哦。

5 現在中國客人較多,所有需要一個VIP專員負責中國客戶,無文化差異,無語言溝通障礙,保證他們的用戶體驗。
