我是上周三3/18晚上寄refund mail到19001166@bambooairways.com到現在3/23還沒收到回覆就是了... 等等再寄一次看看

看台灣代理的臉書現在好像也是很多人都沒收到越南方回覆,台灣代理也沒辦法處理

Bamboo Airways 積欠(已經逾期45天) 越南機場公司(ACV)VND2050億 (NT 2億6650萬) 的 各項機場設施使用服務費 ( 其中NT 1億4000萬 是 “代收款”, 即已經由Bamboo Airways 向乘客收取 + 再轉交給 越南機場公司 )。

剛收到越竹回覆,比較有疑問的是RESERVED ACCOUNT是要另外官網註冊帳號嗎?
還有Number of sectors required for refund 這個值不知道是要填什麼

跟大家分享一下小弟目前的退款(迂迴)進度
航班為3/28去程,4/4回程

1. 3/20寄出第一封退款信
2. 3/26收到第一封回信,回信內容如同前幾樓所說,僅提供延期跟旅遊儲值金兩種選擇
3. 3/27寄出第二封退款信,主要於信內說明無法接受此兩種選擇,再次強調要求退款
4. 3/29收到第二封回信,內容提及目前的退款政策仍僅提供延期與儲值金(同時將兩選項上底色+粗體+斜體)

總之就是無法直接刷退阿... 囧
剛二度致電臺灣總代理客服,客服回覆目前總公司就是只有這兩種選擇,也收到有客戶說即便於信內強力要求要退款(像我這樣),越竹還是不打算將此納入退票政策中..

還在猶豫要不要再寄第三封信要求退款
但怕拖太久最後反而甚麼都沒有... 唉

希望有真正退款(刷退)成功的大大能分享經驗QQ

我回信表示我不了解實際退款內容並詢問要怎麼使用RESERVED ACCOUNT,因為我根本沒有這個帳號我要怎麼在之後使用,然後在今天4/12收到了和3/28一模一樣的回信...鬼打牆?

後來詢問台灣代理得到的回覆是

如果您選擇退款金, 越竹航空客服中心會請您提供8項資料註冊您的reserved account. 後續您要使用您的退款金, 您再一次寫信給客服中心提供您當初留的8項資料以及您想要訂的航班時間. 客服中心會為您作業用reserved account的退款金訂新的機票.

傻爆眼... 我要買機票還要寄信過去等不知道多久才會得到回覆讓他幫我買?

我回報我目前的進度

從3/18開始,我寫了n封信(大概5~6次左右)
但每次回覆的客服感覺不同人(?)

4/9收到一封有退費明細的mail(中文) ,
上面有寫退款總額5628,已被批准,
這封感覺是系統發的,而且我想應該是退到信用卡..

但過了幾天
我於4/12又收到一封客服回覆已退款到reverved account的mail
以下截錄重點,反正如果要"重新訂票"還是要寄信給客服 If passenger want to use reserved account to book new ticket, pease contact
with the Customer Service hotline 19001166 or send your request to us via
email 19001166@bambooairways.com for better support.

所以我有點不確定,
我的情況到底是退到"信用卡",還是退到"reserved account"

加上我信用卡結帳日是22號,我詢問信用卡客服,
客服說目前帳上沒看到有這筆4/9的退刷,
可能再等個一週左右,這週五4/17我會再查查看..
有成功退刷我再來回報!

在越竹官網上查到的公告,看起來應該目前就只能這樣了,寄信客服後確定退款方式只有兩種選擇,改日期或退到credit shell account也就是客服回信說的RESERVED ACCOUNT應該會是一組序號代碼,使用期限是序號產生開始計算六個月未使用也無法退到信用卡或銀行,然後使用方式是寄信到他們客服幫你買機票...

Refund:

• Regarding eligible tickets for refund, Bamboo Airways will refund the ticket value to credit shell account.

• Notes:
– Credit shell account is used to purchase tickets or ancillary services of Bamboo Airways in the future.

– Credit shell account is effective for 6 months from the date of creation.

– Credit shell account is not refundable directly to your credit card or bank account.

– In order to use credit shell account for booking services of Bamboo Airways, please contact Customer Service Center at 19001166 or email 19001166@bambooairways.com

我收到的信多所需的資訊跟大家一樣,但是內容有點不同欸

Due to the serious impact of the disease - COVID19, Bamboo Airways was forced to change original operation schedule.

Therefore, we would like to support you by one of the following options

1. Change the flight time with the same route without any extra fee once time for flight time from 01JUN2020 to 31DEC2020

2. Change to another international route once time without fee, passenger only pay for fare difference (if any) for flight time from 01JUN2020 to 31DEC2020

3. Refund to your original account in 60 working days since Bamboo Airways received your refund request (excluding weekends and public holidays)

第三點看起來是退錢要60個工作天,下面要求刷卡資訊跟銀行帳號,看起來應該是可退回自己的銀行帳號,只是也不確定是退到信用卡帳號還是隨便一給個帳號就可以了
