Your passport and were rejected because you did not attach FULL ORIGINAL booking confirmation from email, with your name and surname, hotel name, hotel address, period of time (Check in - out), full address, hotel phone number, and payment confirmation in English version. and you have to attach
One application for one person only (passport cover and Personal passport detail). Do not attach 2 passport cover and 2 personal detail at the same time. You both were rejected twice You have to apply E-Visa on website again or contact directly at the counter Visa on arrival at the airport.

都被拒絕了兩次已刷卡支付費用，這是坑華人的錢坑呀！第一次拒絕並不會高知完善缺件，第2次gg才告知
