[負評]海外購Simrevo 歐洲sim卡30天經歷

來吧,想不到我潛水客多年,最後竟然為了自己氣不過而浮上來。望棧友在買他們家之前,先看看他們的處理方式。

先說明來由。
我背包客,人在澳洲。計劃簽證結束後到歐洲玩一會,所以在google大神裡找到simrevo。但是網路上分享的心得不多,但是因為看上了有直接快遞費HK100,就索性選擇了他們。哪裡知道瞎的事情多著呢。

8/31 fb客服詢問能否提早訂卡 因為我在去歐洲前還會先去別的國家,他們回可以。照官網上的說法是全球速遞,在我指定日期前1-2天會收到。



在9/17 幾經考慮下,選擇了他們,下單,付HK980包運費。
付完錢之後,官網要求要填份表格,像下圖,好知道收件跟開卡日期。


我的出發日期,也就是希望收件的日期,填了在10月前(確切的日期我還真忘了,現在我有多後悔我沒擷取那畫面),但我能確定是在10月初之前,因為我會在10/9離開現在待的地方。
激活日期填的是11月初,因為預計11月才會踏上歐洲土地。

於是,他們在9/19就已寄件,100港幣下,花費了25,那個實在是看不出來是快遞還掛號信的收據


想說,原來100不是全運費,好吧,人力費不打緊,我最後能收到就好。
可過兩天,跟過兩個禮拜之後,香港郵局的追蹤完全沒有改變過。「該郵件已於9/22離開香港前往目的地」


然後也同樣神奇的,明明是國際郵件,卻完全無法在澳洲的郵局見到蹤影。澳洲郵局顯示「查無此號」,這什麼狀況?我台灣澳洲的郵件跑了這麼多還第一次看到。可以在香港的頁面兩個禮拜沒有進展,然後在澳洲的網頁看不到影子。這麼瞎的追蹤碼也真是第一次見識。


於是,10月了。
什麼都沒收到,就寫信給他們客服,指定的日期明明就到了,他們卻回得東西已經寄出就寄出了,強調我的激活日期是11/5,所以認為我有充裕的時間可以收到卡片。而我如果真要在10/9號之前收到卡片,他們可以再寄DHL給我,收取HK350費用。



什麼?

你說了什麼?

我為何突然之間覺得我被詐騙了?
是一直收取運費的詐騙手段嗎?
可以寄DHL那幹嘛跟我收100的運費?
那幹嘛在一開始問我什麼出發的日期?
官網上說的什麼在指定日期前兩天收到是什麼意思? 這是他們家的處理方式?

我一時氣不過直接說他們是詐騙
(明明就很像)
結果回了封信基本上說我無理取鬧
說我的激活日就是11/5,郵局寄出的郵件就是寄出了,他們無能為力,DHL是為了幫我及早收到,他們只是做了自己該做的。

結論就是
他們家根本就是胡來。
什麼指定不指定日期要在哪天收到,根本就不重要。他們只強調了自己有寄出,然後激活日期還很遠。

各位同學,
可看清楚了,我已經心寒得覺得拿不回這種鬼錢,但更不希望有人步我後塵了。

Thank you for your order of sim card. We are obliged to answer all your complaints and allegations as follows in English because we are closely collaborate with our suppliers in Europe who would wish to understand the complaints as well:-

1. You made the payment for order of sim card on 17/09/2015 at 19:35 with activation date or use of sim card on 5/11/2015.

2. Since there are about 2 months ahead, we therefore sent the sim card parcel together with the instructions to you on 1/09/2015 at 10:17 am. since the official charge for DHL is about $350 and we hope to save your delivery charge.

3. The HK Post Office stipulates that the parcel departed from HK on 22/9/2015.

4. You have alleged that you have not received the parcel and therefore we have made numerous enquiries via the HK Post Office and the written Enquiry Form was sent on 4/10/2015.

5. We checked with the HK Post Office on 5/10/2015 at 10:30 am. via telephone enquiry who replied that it will take about a few days to response the written enquiry.

6. To provide our best service, we have sent the parcel forthwith upon your payment and the delay in delivery was entirely due to the Post Office which is out of our control.

7. We have endeavoured to chase the parcel on your behalf and are obliged to send you another sim card parcel subject to your payment of further DHL charges which is reasonable and plausible solution if you wish a speedy delivery.

8. We trust that we have provided the best service to you in that the delay in delivery is entirely out of our Company control. We regret that you are frustrated with the timeline for delivery and it will not cause prejudice to your departure and use of the sim card which will not be affected since the activation date falls on 5/11/2015.

9. We should be grateful if you could kindly suggest an alternative reasonable option to satisfy your needs. Have a nice journey!

Attached pls also see the delivery time to and from HK to Australia which takes about 3-10 WORKING days especially Western Australia which is remote area.

Simrevo have not guaranteed speedy COURIER service to Australia as attached.

Thank you for your email. The staff from Hong Kong Post replied this morning that the Australia Post Office does not update their delivery record and that is why we cannot trace the location of the parcel at present but they will send request to Australia to chase the parcel on your behalf.

Since Western Australia is a remote area, we cannot expect speedy postal or courier service like Asia and we hope you can understand the operation of other big countries and exercise your patience and rationale.

Kindly let us know when you are leaving Australia and we will figure it out the alternative to resolve your problem. Thank you for your kind attention.

呵 回了我信不夠也知道要來這滅火嗎

1. 官網哪裏寫著海外的澳洲沒有保證收件?還是那句話是在這email裡正式生效?沒有保證收件 那就請在官網上大大的寫著
2. 你們沒來跟我確認 我會不會覺得太貴 而是自行幫我決定要幫我省錢 導致我現在收不到東西? 如果真擔心運費會影響客人下單 你們就不應該直接把運費單價放在官網上
3. 我當然知道郵寄有郵寄的風險 只是你們處理的太瞎 連告訴我東西在哪裏都辦不到 我真的不能明白為什麼要選這種沒有用的追蹤碼 提供給客人 100的運費包服務 還是這服務大於收件的運費?我是真的第一次看不見國際追蹤碼在收件的國家郵局上 完全找不到
4. 繼續提供服務是應該的 因為我壓根沒跟你們要refund
5. 還有 最重要的重點是

我一切的癥結點都在你系統問了我出發日期 也就是希望收件日期

不要再鬼打牆的只抓著11月初說事了
竟然在系統填那是無用的
就建議你們拿掉那問題吧
反正你們也只看激活日期


你後來補貼給我看的那些郵遞資訊 都並不是來自你家官網
拿著郵局的標準 說澳洲在大洋洲不像亞洲的信可以流通快速 全都是在已經寄出之後才來說事 我不覺得這真的是種解釋 承認自己有錯好像會丟臉 那至少可以說自己有地方可以改進嘛

我只想等東西快點到我手上 反正那追蹤碼在澳洲的網站上還是查無 就看你們怎麼追了

There are 2 possible options for delivery and charges to Australia:
a) By registered air mail (HK$100); and
b) By courier DHL (HK$350)

We are obliged to send you an extra sim card subject to your payment of (b) which is the official charge levied by the courier company.

Your allegation was about the undue delay of the Australian Post Office which is out of our control and we cannot improve their postal service especially shipment to the remote area such as Western Australia.

We stipulate that the sim card will reach you 1-2 days prior to your activation date i.e. 5/11/2015.

We regret to learn that you were dissatisfied at the mode of delivery service. We should be grateful if you could kindly suggest a third option of delivery method to resolve your problem in that we are very pleased to listen to you.

We regret to learn that you were and are still dissatisfied at all the proposed arrangements. Under such circumstances, we trust that we have no alternative but to arrange a fund refund to you in the sum of HK$980 to your visa account forthwith.

We regret that we can no longer render our best service to you. In the event that you have received the sim card parcel via airmail, you are free to dispose the parcel or return to us.

With due respect, we appreciate your due exercise of patience and rationale in the matter and have a nice journey in Australia and Europe!
