100% refund of unused itinerary value via Scoot travel voucher.
In addition, Taiwan has formally announced a delay to the Taiwan school summer vacation due to the COVID-19 outbreak, and it will now start from 15 July 2020. Affected customers with flights departing from Taiwan, booking made before 4 February 2020 (date inclusive), with travel periods from
28 June – 15 July 2020 (inclusive), who wish to change their travel plans may contact our
