歐洲之星2021.12.30voucher可改退現金

我在2月中收到歐洲之星來信,將voucher的使用期限延到2021.12.30,

我透過歐洲之星的FB寫message申請退回現金:
Hello, Because of various security considerations and the Chinese people being attacked due to the COVID-19 epidemic ,I will no longer consider travelling to Europe in the next few years . So I need to apply for a refund . I don’t need to extend the expiry date of the vouchers to 30 December 2021. My vouchers details as follow : (1) E-Voucher reference: (以下個資省略)

歐洲之星第一封回信:
Hi, Thanks for contacting us. We’re receiving many messages and are prioritising queries about existing bookings. For general enquiries, please visit eurostar.com. To manage a booking, please visit https://managebooking.eurostar.com/. If you've been waiting for an e-voucher, we’re working through e-voucher requests and will be in touch soon. We advise that you do not contact us again unless you have an unrelated query. We will respond as soon as possible. [ESOH]

隔天早上就在第二封信中同意全額(2人)退費了:
Hello xxxxx , thank you for your message. We've gone ahead and refunded your booking and you'll see a total of 105€ back in your account. It may take between 5 and 7 working days and let us know if we can help with any further queries. Kind regards,

歐洲之星這次超及有效率,我已在2月22日收到退款,訊息提供有相同需求的大大們參考。

更新:
3.4線上申請,得到一個case reference no.
3.17收到郵件,會全額退款到預訂當時使用的信用卡。
建議兩個vocher以上分開申請退款。我兩筆放在同個case裡申請,郵件提到的退款金額只有一筆,等到入帳後看金額再決定是否再申請一次(其實想放棄了)。

大家若申請了就靜心等待不用去催,我的經驗是一定會收到回信的。

3.24更新
今天查到昨天3.23已退款完成入帳。果然只退了一筆(還好是金額較高的一筆)。
還是寫信去問了一下,沒想到立刻收到回信。可惜並沒有正面回答另一筆不退的原因,只是再寄了一次eVoucher來,然後還追加一封evoucher for the remainder of the balance on voucher number xxxxxxxx.不過,就算了。
