Pre-purchased ancillary items such as selected seats, Extra Cabin Baggage, Snooze Kit, WiFi and BoardMeFirst will be removed from your booking, as those items and other toiletries, i.e. toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, comb, etc., will not be available on the chartered flight. Refund for eligible ancillary items will be provided to the credit card account used for the booking. For all other payment modes, refund will be made through travel voucher valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue. Scoot will process your refund within 04 weeks after the departure date of your flight. Refund is not valid for guests who did not travel on the flight.
