我不是申請首爾大學，別的大學 - 我剛從領事館弄我的consular authentication。
我在本地大學畢業，首先去了Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE)要他們幫我authenticate我的畢業證書, 結果被派回家因爲沒有Confirmation Of Student Status， 我電郵學校負責人寫給我就可以了。再一次回去的時候就沒問題了,最多弄3份。然後，再去Ministry of Foreign Affairs要他們endorse MOHE chop的3份，一張RM10，只收現金哦。 最後纔可以
去領事館consular division， 必須至少提前24小時上網預定拜訪時間， 一張RM16.50左右，這裏也只收現金。

For your kind information, the legalization of the original Malaysian documents issued or approved by Federal Government or State, Ministry / Department Local Governments could be verified without second endorsement. However, if the original document could not be presented, the copy of certificate must be endorsed first by issued authorities. As for the company documents must be endorsed by a Notary Public before submission to Consular Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The original copy/ photocopy of school certificates/ documents, colleges and public universities issued in Malaysia must be endorsed by the Ministry/ Department of Education of Malaysia/ Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia concerned with the name print, position and stamp of the Ministry/ Department before submission to Consular Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The legalization of the original copy/ photocopy of school certificates/ documents, colleges and public universities abroad need to be certified by one of the following parties before submission to Consular Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs :-

The attestation of document at the Consular Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs is a counter service only (cant’ be done on line / by mail (all documents must be in physical form (i.e. paper). Documents could be submitted in person or by a representative without an authorization letter. Under normal circumstances document submitted can be collected on the same day or at the latest the following working day. Consular Service Counter for Document Attestation during the Phase 4, National Recovery Plan is by WALK IN (without an appointment) from 4. October 2021. Consular Counter Operational Hours during PHASE 4 of the National Recovery Plan are as follows:-
MONDAY to THURSDAY: (9.00 am - 4.00 pm)
FRIDAY: (9.00 am - 12.00 noon) (2.45 pm – 4.00 pm)
