有關於酷航的英文通知信...

預計6/15要從高雄飛往大阪
但昨天收到一封酷航的英文信
可是我英文很爛,翻譯出來也不太確定是要取消航班還是更改航班
不過看起來是通知我當初訂票選的座位被取消了
我進去管理訂單看了一下
回程訂機票的時候有選座位,但現在看座位那邊是空的要重選
但又不確定是不是這個因素,所以只好來求助有沒有哪位好心的大大可以幫我解答
我是第一次自己訂購酷航的機票,所以有很多不懂的地方還請見諒

[IMPORTANT] Pre-selected seat(s) dropped due to change of aircraft type/schedule change
信件內容如下
Due to operational reasons, there is a change of aircraft type in one or more flights on your booking. Refund of your seat(s) will be made through travel voucher valid for six months from the date of issue. Scoot will process your refund within 02 weeks from this email notification. You may use the vouchers for ancillary services directly levied and provided by Scoot via Manage My Booking for this flight, or for future bookings on Scoot marketed and operated flights (Designator Code "TR"). If you have questions or require assistance, please direct all your enquiries to the Scoot Call Centre or our Social Media Page. You may also refer to our website for more information.

沒記錯應該是787被換成A320所以座位變了~

不是的。

通知你的航班有變更機型。

因為更換機型、座位變了,你原本花錢預選的座位不再適用,所以改成代金卷,六個月有效
