It also gave options to guests traveling to and from Colombo from April 21 to 28, following the incidents.
The options include changing flights to a new travel date on the same route within 30 calendar days from their original flight time without additional costs; or the credit account option where they retain the value of their fare in their AirAsia BIG Loyalty account for future travel with the airline.
Travelers, it said, can also opt for a full refund.
“Guests who continue to travel are strongly advised to follow the instructions of our ground staff and airport authorities.
