Transfer Options
*Transfers are available by speed boat & public ferry. *
Option 1 - Public Ferry
*The regular ferry departs from the Viligili Ferry Terminal at Male'
South Harbor at 3.00 pm every day except Friday. There is no direct
ferry from the airport to Maafushi and need to go Viligili ferry
terminal where you get the ferry to Maafushi. *
*In addition to 03.00 pm ferry, there is another ferry is operating
every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday 10.00 am from Viligili terminal.
Travel time by ferry is 01 hour 30 minutes, and ticket price is like USD
2.00 per person. *
*Option 2 - Private Speed Boat *
The price for private speedboat transfer is $150.00 (per way/ not per
person / Maximum passenger capacity is 10 people in this boat) and
should book in advance as we’ve not located our boats in Male’ or
airport .We’ll have to send the boat from Maafushi. Travel time by
speedboat is 30 minutes. The boat can be shared with other guests.
However, sharing boat is subject to other guests transfer requests for
same flight / time or only if meet people at Male’ airport who want to
go Maafushi upon your arrival.
Option 3 - Kaani Speed Boat Ferry Service (Available Everyday including
Friday)
