澳洲打工度假簽證

因應武漢肺炎，澳洲當局禁止非本國人入境長達6個月，但是我的打工度假簽證會因此過期，請問有辦法延期或是有其他什麼方式能如期使用？
我發信件詢問，他們要我發到這個信箱working.holiday@homeaffairs.gov.au，但是我一直得到的訊息都是罐頭信件回應：
"If your visa was granted after 1 February 2020 and you are affected by the current travel restrictions, you will not be able to check your visa details and conditions using Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) until the restrictions are lifted. You should refer to your visa grant letter or check your ImmiAccount."
並無告知我能延長，或是取消能否退費，我還打了香港辦事處的簽證詢問，服務人員態度超差，而且只叫我發信件問，說話也說不清楚，現在不知道該怎麼辦。。。。

For temporary visa holders, you will need to apply for a new visa once the travel
restrictions are lifted. Permanent visa holders should contact the departmental
office which granted their visa, but only when they are able to travel.

看來要等禁令取消後再申請了。

而且我也到達申請簽證的年紀上限了，
希望有相關的解決辦法～

有辦法延期入境嘛？已經過30歲了⋯⋯
