我父母前幾周想訂美國國內線機票, 發現southwest上不去. 查了一下發現很多人跟我家人一樣, 連不上southwest的網站, 都是access denied.
因為我人在美國, 所以過去三周我跟他們客服講了3次電話, 寫了5次email. 每次最後的回應都跟我說"We do not block anyone"然後說"case closed." 明天我打算用郵局再寄一封實體幹譙信去他們總部. 如果還是搞這套, 我看他們就是不打算作台灣人生意了.

我坐Southwest也坐了十年, 以前還好, 前幾年買了AirTran, 這幾年開始有老大心態了. 常常誤點一兩個小時不說, 現在客服還一付跩樣看不起台灣人...雖然我也累積不少點數, 我看還是用完以後就坐別家吧.

As I previously mentioned, Southwest Airlines does not block access to our World Wide Web site. Denial of access to the Southwest.com server is not originating from Southwest Airlines. Certainly, we regret the difficulties and frustration experienced while your parents have been attempting to utilize our web site. As we have no additional options to offer, we must consider his matter closed at this point, and we will be unable to respond to any further communication on this issue.
Although I realize that this is not the answer for which you had hoped, we do wish that you will give us the privilege of welcoming you and your family onboard one of our flights in the near future.
