1/3/08 體檢去，醫院居然告訴我” 1/8會幫你送件喔! (我心想居然還要等到1/8)”
1/4/08 問題來了，我接到電話打來跟我說 --你的護照號碼填成護照姓名了 (晴天霹靂!!!!)
(( 怎麼辦呢! 我怎麼沒看仔細一點呢!? ))當天下午，馬上就發給澳洲我的求救信- 詳細告知他們我的狀況
1/8/08 馬上收到回覆，效率蠻快的 (期間還遇到六、日) 馬上把我的護照影本mail過去

Thank you for your email sent on 8 January 2008 in relation to your
electronic working holiday (subclass 417) visa.
Given that you have declared a discrepancy in your personal details, please
provide the following information to the Department:
Confirmation of your Personal Details. This information must include
your full name, country of birth, date of birth, country of citizenship
and gender as it appears in your passport.
A copy of the personal details and identity photo page of your current
passport. (Please ensure your passport copy is sent as an attachment to

When providing information by fax or mail you should include your full
name, date of birth and passport number.
(Note: Under the Migration Requirements a visa applicant must respond to an
email request for information within 28 days. If the requested information
is outstanding after this date, a decision may be made on the visa
application based on the information currently held by the Department.)
Please note that working holiday visa applicants must be outside Australia when they apply and at the time a decision is made on
their visa application.
